If you thought you had a busy summer, think again. The top events in Toronto this October will ensure you stay entertained as the air finally gets crisp. Not only are there so many things to do this fall in general, but there's also a bunch of free stuff, markets and pop-ups, art shows, and that's not event touching Halloween!
