Ryerson closed due to fire at Yonge and Gould

Ryerson has cancelled classes and shut down the university on account of the six alarm blaze at Yonge and Gould this morning. The TTC reports that the 505 Dundas is now running as normal, but the 97 Yonge remains on diversion while fire crew attend to the smoldering blaze. The stretch between Gerrard and Dundas is expected to open around noon today should the firefighters maintain control of the blaze. Ryerson is expected to re-open tomorrow.
