On November 6, the Toronto Public Library will be launching a "Human Books" program at five branches around the city.

No, they're not stacking up on anatomy-themed titles, but instead offering one-on-one conversations with nearly 60 individuals who will discuss their unique life experiences and answer your pressing questions.

Cardholders can place a hold on their Human Book pick now. The program will be running from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the following locations:

  • Bloor/Gladstone

  • Lillian H. Smith

  • Malvern

  • North York Central Library

  • Toronto Reference Library
