Dreams Festival, formally known as Digital Dreams, took over Echo Beach this weekend and to say it was epic would be an understatement. While it may have rained on day one, that didn't put a damper on the event as the party kept raging on with headliners Above & Beyond, Dvbbs and Steve Angelo.
