Arkells and Bryan Adams to perform at Maple Leafs Centennial Classic

The Toronto Maple Leafs are going old school on January 1 and are playing their 2017 Centennial Classic game against the Detroit Red Wings outside at BMO Field. In addition to all the action on the ice, there's going to be some major happenings in between periods thanks to some big names in rock.

Bryan Adams, The Arkells and and Cold Creek County will all be performing as part of the entertainment during the big game at 170 Princes' Boulevard. Adams will perform during the first intermission and The Arkells will welcome you with their sweet sounds during the pre-game show in Parking Lot 2 at 1 p.m.

You'll need your game ticket to gain access to the tailgate-style show and Centennial Fan Zone, which will also feature hockey-themed attractions, snacks and drinks.

The game itself starts at 3 p.m. and Cold Creek County will peform Stompin’ Tom Connors' "The Hockey Song" (or the Good Ol' Hockey Game) during the second intermission.
