Huge one-night food festival for a good cause lands in Toronto next month

Dust off your knives and forks, Toronto, because one of the city's favourite charity food festivals is making its return this June.

More than 70 of the most celebrated chefs in Toronto are once again joining forces on June 11 for the return of Dixonlicious, Dixon Hall's epic annual food event geared towards addressing food insecurity in Downtown Toronto East.

What better way to do it than by first satisfying the hunger of the event's over 400 guests, who, over the course of the evening, will be treated to droolworthy bites from the city's best and brightest culinary talents?

Running from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Thursday, June 11, at Daniel's Spectrum, the festival invites you to sample as many dishes from its carefully curated lineup as you like, but the food isn't the only star of the show here.

Over the night, you'll also be treated to awe-inspiring entertainment, like a high-flying aerial performance and tunes from DJ Dreadie Love, plus silent and live auctions with some seriously exciting items.

Though the auction items for the 2026 event have yet to be announced, previous years have included stays at luxury hotels, round-trip flight vouchers and celebrity chef dining experiences, so it won't be one to miss.

"Dixonlicious is a powerful celebration of the incredible culinary talent across our city, but it's also a reminder of why Dixon Hall exists, because far too many people in Toronto continue to face food insecurity," a representative from Dixon Hall's Board of Directors tells blogTO.

"Events like this bring our community together not only to enjoy great food, but to take meaningful action toward ensuring that everyone has access to it."

For the 2026 event, Dixon Hall's goal is to provide over 35,000 meals to community members in need, and every ticket purchased, every bite eaten, is a step closer to making that a reality.

Early bird tickets, which include all of the festival's food and drink, are available at $85 until May 7, before increasing to $100 until the event. Tickets are available online through Dixon Hall's website and are eligible for a 70 per cent charitible tax receipt.

Doing good never tasted better!
