Mildred Pierce Closing

On July 31, 2007, after 17 years of business, Mildred Pierce will be closing its doors.

I was terribly sad to read the news. Afterall, Mildred Pierce is one of the best brunch spots in the city. Hands-down.

After a great experience late last year, I touted this place to friends and family as the place to go for early grub. The recommendation was well received.

With four months to go until the restaurant is closed, you bet I will try to get a few meals in before then.
