Toronto just got a huge international shoutout on Jeopardy!

Toronto residents (and Blue Jays fans) probably had a pretty easy time getting the clue at the end of an episode of Jeopardy! this week.

The team and the Rogers Centre were part of a Jeopardy! clue on Tuesday, with two of three contestants getting the right answer.

Given the clue "Famous Structures" before heading into the break, Canadians around the country were likely pointing at their screens with glee when they saw the clue pop up.

"In April 2018, an MLB game was postponed after ice falling from this structure punctured the roof of Rogers Centre," the clue read, referencing an incident that affected a game between the Blue Jays and Kansas City Royals.

The first contestant, Peter Vorissis, was completely oblivious, merely using the opportunity to give a personal shoutout. The other final two contestants fared better, nailing the CN Tower answer to host Ken Jennings.

Geoff Barnes entered the day on a three-game win streak and earned $21,199 USD after nailing the last question and wagering all but $1 in his bank.

Coming into the final round with a massive lead, first-place Stella Trout became a first-time champion and walked away with $28,800 USD for the win after wagering $3,000 on the final round.

Trout, a software engineer from Texas, had 23 correct answers on the day, per TheJeopardyFan, while also nailing both of her Daily Double attempts.

For anyone who's been to a Blue Jays game — or even seen pictures or watched one on television — the answer should have been pretty obvious. There's no more famous structure in Toronto, and arguably Canada, than the CN Tower, with the roof of the Rogers Centre located almost directly below the famous 553-metre-tall monument.

Thankfully for the Jays, postponements have been few and far between since the Rogers Centre opened in 1989, with its famous retractable roof keeping most weather outdoors, except the odd bit of falling ice.
