Who runs this town?

Just when Virgin Mobile finally gave us a vaccine for that grand irritation known as "the catch", a new strain of the guess-who game hits T.O. Ugh.

I spotted this billboard in 4 different areas today. To be frank, I don't really care to delve into where these people are planning to go with the catch phrase. It's a waste of blog, and well, who cares?

What I'm more curious to know is who all you folk think "runs this town"... c'mon, it's a crazy thread waiting to happen. ;)

Thoughts?

too easy. it's Nike for their runTO 10k on centre island. i hear they've got a crazy marketing and PR blitz planned with hopes of getting way more than the 10,000 runners they got out 2 years ago.
