So now that I have all the out-of-towners hating me for my headline above, let me explain... I realize this is already bordering on mildly old news at this point, but when you don't read The Sun, you miss out on such important stuff! ;)

A Toronto girl is... Miss Universe. That's right. So sorry, rest of the world. Natalie Glebova, a 23-year old Ryerson University IT student was crowned this week at the Miss Universe Pageant in Bangkok.

Her goal now? Raising money and awareness for HIV/AIDS research. Not too shabby. Maybe she can help us win the "Skydome" back from Rogers in her spare time. Worthy cause, no?
