In Regent Park, a Toronto organic looseleaf tea company that made its name supplying to cafes and restaurants around Canada has opened up a store of its own, offering over 150 proprietary blends. (Strawberry Milkshake or Toasted Coffee Almond, anyone?) Pick what you like from their wall of samples and get it to go, get a batch blended up fresh, or linger over a hot cup - their in-house cafe is launching soon.
