How's the dim sum at the old Bright Pearl?

The long-time Chinatown favourite Bright Pearl went belly up last year and along with its years of history went the cart service and long waits for weekend dim sum. Now, open since earlier this year, this re-incarnation aims to re-assert itself into the downtown dim sum scene. We stopped by last week to give the remade restaurant a whirl.
