New smokehouse restaurant stacks up for carnivores

True smokehouse cuisine is often duplicated but hard to replicate. The latest restaurant to offer this style of Southern cooking has a massive menu featuring meat, meat and more meat--vegetarians take note that this spot has very little for you to enjoy. But for carnivores, more is more, and more is good, especially when its done with such flair.
