Has Kensington Market Found its New King of Butchers?

Sanagan's Meat Locker has big shoes to fill after its famed, predecessor butcher Max & Son recently closed its Kensington Market location after 54 years serving the community.

Off to a great start, Peter Sanagan has taken over the shop and purveys locally-sourced meats, including already much-talked about cheeseburger sausages, osso bucco, and double-smoked bacon. And these are just a few of the meaty treats available.
