Sugar Marmalade is reinventing what traditional Chinese desserts taste and look like. Their Coco Torpedos are interactive desserts that you construct at your table. It comes with Chinese ingredients like rice balls and basil seeds and it's all meant to be mixed inside coconut stuffed with stewed egg white and red bean dumplings.
