Sea Witch Fish & Chips might make some of Toronto's best fish and chips. Haddock, cod, halibut, pickerel and arctic char are all on the menu here. Fish cakes and onion rings are some of the other popular items. The restaurant has seating for nearly 30, but it's also a solid spot for take-out.
