Akimitsu is Toronto's first ever tempura only restaurant
Akimitsu in Toronto does one thing really well, and that thing is tempura. Tempura rice bowls are made with tempura fried in a mix of canola and sesame oil, which makes for a light, crispy batter. This is the first Canadian location for the Japanese chain.
