heated rivalry cottage muskoka ontario

Ontario cottage featured in 'Heated Rivalry' accepting bookings next month

The hit television series Heated Rivalry is back in the spotlight as Barlochan Cottage, the iconic Muskoka, Ont. setting in the season finale, has officially been listed on Airbnb.

Yes, it turns out you are coming to the cottage afterall.

Fans of the show can reserve a stay at the luxe retreat — located on Walker's Point on the west shore of Lake Muskoka — where Shane Hollander and Ilya Rozanov shared some of the series' most pivotal moments, including the much-anticipated confession that cemented their love story.

The cottage, which surged in popularity after the aptly titled episode "The Cottage," features a bespoke design by Toronto-born architect Trevor McIvor.

Spanning 2,500 square feet, the cottage features soaring ceilings, expansive windows, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a private gym (perfect for burning off a little on-ice tension), and three canoes for guests ready to explore the lake.

Barlochan Cottage, which can host up to six guests, is pet-friendly but does not allow parties. Bookings open on March 3 at 12 p.m., with nightly rates starting at $248.10.
