TSN has a new Toronto Raptors sideline reporter

A new voice has joined Toronto Raptors television broadcasts this season.

Raegan Subban is TSN's new Raptors sideline reporter, taking over a role recently vacated by Kayla Grey, as first reported by Doug Smith of the Toronto Star.

Subban was TSN's sideline reporter Saturday in Quebec City, when the Raptors took on the Miami Heat in preseason action.

Subban, who has been with TSN for nearly six years, worked as the sideline reporter for Toronto Tempo WNBA games last season. She joins Raptors broadcast mainstays Matt Devlin and Jack Armstrong, who is back after some uncertainty regarding his future with the network.

Grey announced her departure from TSN last week. She has moved on to Amazon's Prime Video coverage of the WNBA.

After playing in Quebec City, the Raptors will head to the other side of the country to play the Los Angeles Clippers in Vancouver on Saturday. Toronto's lone preseason matchup at Scotiabank Arena is against the New York Knicks on Oct. 13.

The regular season gets going Oct. 21, when the Raptors host the Chicago Bulls.
