It's An Ultimate Weekend In Toronto

What do the terms hook, stall, flick (not Flickr), and hammer all have in common? They're all things you'll hear at this weekend's Canadian Ultimate Championships!

Ultimate (Ultimate Frisbee) is one of my favourite sports. In recent years the sport has exploded here in Toronto. The 2 biggest leagues that host Ultimate play are the Toronto Ultimate Club (TUC) and the Toronto Central Sport and Social Club (TCSSC).

This year's tournament is taking place at Sunnybrook Park and it's the most fun you're going to have for free this weekend.
