What does a typical day with a live-in caregiver look like?

5 p.m.: The caregiver can prepare dinner and help the senior with their evening routine, including medication reminders where appropriate. 

7 p.m: Evenings can follow whatever routine feels most comfortable for the senior, from watching TV to reading or spending time with family. 

9 p.m.: Before settling in for the night, the caregiver can help with evening hygiene, changing into pyjamas, and safely getting into bed. They also make sure the senior is comfortable and that their environment is safe.
