Reality TV star and Toronto mogul Ann Kaplan Mulholland is known for her classy taste and bubbly personality — and she’s just put her unapologetic style front and centre in her Toronto home.
The Bridle Path resident and close neighbour of Drake has added a touch of British flair to her property with an authentic London telephone booth.
Yes, you read that correctly! Shipped from across the pond to right here in the 6ix, Kaplan Mulholland has procured a bright red London booth for her very own, glass-panelled door and all.
And in true Ann Kaplan fashion, she invited blogTO over for a mini photoshoot and exclusive sneak peek to mark the occasion.
As a former Real Housewife of Toronto, Kaplan Mulholland is no stranger to extravagance — or the camera. She stars in her own reality TV show, Queen of the Castle, which follows the renovation of a nearly century-old castle she and her husband purchased in 2023.
Lympne Castle, located just an hour outside London, is Kaplan Mulholland's latest project. Across eight episodes, viewers watch as the property transforms from ye olde medieval charm to a luxurious destination.
And with some $40 million on the line, you can bet she runs a tight ship when it comes to construction, staffing, and keeping demanding guests in check.
It’s the same gusto that she brings to her philanthropic efforts. In the village of Lympne, near Hythe in Kent, where the castle is located, she and her husband make a point of giving back to the local community — matching donations to the village hall, the church, and the school.
Now, back to the booth.
As for the reasoning behind her brand new London phone booth, Kaplan Mulholland says it's a beautiful addition that reminds her of her second home. With Queen of the Castle entering its second season, it serves as a heartfelt and fashionable memento.
"When I'm in England, I'm missing Toronto, and when I'm in Toronto, I'm missing the castle. This way I can bring a little bit of the UK to Toronto, and it's always right here," she tells blogTO.

And for the King of Toronto? Kaplan Mulholland neither confirms nor denies her phone booth was a flex on Drake's old school Bell telephone booth, which he recently installed outside his property. But she tells us that if Drake is interested in a collaboration, he can just give her "a ring".
Production on Queen of the Castle Season 2 is officially underway and, according to Kaplan Mulholland, is expected to be released in the Spring. As for what fans can expect this time around? Buckle up — it's shaping up to be a wild ride.
"The next season is just insane. We have fashion designers from around the world. We have topiary horses jumping out of bushes. It's bringing castles to the next level," she says. "Get your popcorn out because it's going to be really, really good."
Who's calling my phone? It's queen of the castle, Ann Kaplan Mulholland. Tune in and watch her tackle the continued renovation of Lympne Castle with Season 2 of Queen of the Castle.
