The best place to watch the Milano Cortina Winter Olympic Games is, well, Italy.
The next-best place is a pub with a relaxed atmosphere, a delicious and affordable menu, and community at its core. And in Toronto’s east end, that pub is Lima Charlie, located at 189 King St. E.
Lima Charlie is proudly owned by a lifelong Toronto east-ender, Meaghan, who grew up in The Beaches neighbourhood and spent her childhood at her father’s restaurant. Now, she carries the torch, serving up good vibes, awesome food, and a place where friends can come together to make new memories.
Fun fact: The name Lima Charlie comes from a military code derived from the NATO alphabet, meaning “loud and clear.” It pays homage to the Moss Park Armoury, which is located just a few blocks from the pub.
With a full menu of classic pub fare, you certainly won’t go hungry at Lima Charlie!
Chow down on classic burgers and sandwiches, graze on greens such as salads and rice bowls, or keep it classic with a pepperoni pizza. Got your gang with you? Share an order of mozzarella sticks, a serving of wings, or a plate of nachos made with housemade chips.

And with all meat sourced fresh from Saint Lawrence Market, you know you’re eating as fresh as it gets.
Happy Hour happens twice a day — unless you come on Sunday, when Happy Hour never ends.
On Tuesdays and Thursdays, you can get a pound of wings for $11.95, and throughout the week there are additional deals on beer, burgers, and fish and chips. Essentially, there’s no bad day to visit Lima Charlie.
With the 2026 Winter Olympics running from Feb. 6 to Feb. 22, you’ll want a good place to hang out and cheer on Team Canada. Lima Charlie promises to be just that – so stay awhile, order an extra round, and take in the festivities with friends and strangers alike. You’re in good hands!
Visit Lima Charlie Pub’s website or check out their Instagram page for exciting updates and announcements. See you there!
