Osprey Valley

TPC Toronto at Osprey Valley has just added new upscale dining experiences

TPC Toronto at Osprey Valley is known for being one of North America’s best golf destinations, but there’s a whole new reason to visit — whether you swing a club or not.

Fescue is a brand new restaurant located in the stunning new Heathlands Clubhouse, and it's offering an elevated dining experience led by Chef Jamie Huynh.

Guests can expect upscale fare inspired by Chef Huynh’s Vietnamese-Canadian roots and global travels, featuring locally sourced ingredients, bold flavours, and a carefully curated wine list designed to complement every dish.

With menu options like Truffle Chicken, Grilled Lamb Sirloin, and plant-forward plates like Vegan Ravioli, there’s something to satisfy every appetite.

The restaurant offers a laid back, yet sophisticated vibe in an intimate space, with decor drawing inspiration from the surrounding Caledon countryside.

Think classic comfort eats and favourites, like its popular smash burger, along with an expansive selection of craft beer and handmade cocktails.
