Famous chai-lover's paradise is expanding to more locations across Ontario

Tea lovers, pay attention! A beloved chain known for its tea-licious concoctions is expanding across the province.

Hailing from the U.K. and known for its phenomenal menu of Indian classics, Chaiiwala of London's chai recipes have been passed down generations. Now making its mark in Ontario, this tea-lovers destination has brand new locations from  Brampton to Ajax.

Embracing its Indian roots but always modernizing, Chaiiwala's drink menu includes the famous and aromatic Karak Chaii, Mint Chaii (black tea with mint), and the eye-popping (and Insta-worthy) creamy Pink Chaii with vanilla. 

A revolutionary menu

But that's not all! Chaiiwala has a stacked menu featuring classic Indian street eats, all-day breakfast, roti, desserts, and kids' meals. Think butter chicken rolls, masala chips, samosa cones, and tons more.

The Desi Breakfast includes a masala omelette with beans, daal or chana, with paratha, toast, or roti, and a Karak Chaii or coffee! For desserts, do yourself a favour and taste the incredible Ghulab Jamun Cheesecake, a heavenly combo of ghulab jamun and pistachios enveloped between creamy cheesecake.

Bombay Bowls come with your choice of chicken tikka, beef keema, Lahor-style chana masala, or butter chicken served with basmati rice or French fries and topped off with a savoury chickpea and potato salad.

Wala Wraps are also a great option for yummy snacks, whether you like it with chicken kabab, chicken tikka, beef keema and cheese, or the classic mixed kebab, they all come blanketed in a pillowy soft naan. 

Nearly 100 years of tea expertise

At almost 100 years old, starting out with one tea stall in the streets of New Delhi in 1927 and expanding into the U.K. by 2016, Chaiiwala has been levelling up the chai game for decades, developing a cult following for its famous Karak Chaii.

Expanding outside the U.K., Chaiiwala's first international location was none other than its Toronto location in Scarborough. Always innovating, Chaiiwala is set to expand to more than 500 stores over the next few years, with more Ontario locations coming soon to the Danforth, Scarborough, and Vaughan.
