Shanghai Dim Sum serves up many different kinds of xiaolongbaos at its locations in Richmond Hill and Scarborough. Coincidentally, the Chinese national ping pong team visited the Scarborough location so you know it's good.
Many regulars swear by the slightly crisp pan-fried version not normally found in other places, or their especially smooth silk skin xiaolongbaos.
