Sap was once known as Bannock, and still serves Canadian comfort food operating under the Oliver & Bonacini banner.
In addition to items like a pork shoulder tourtiere with mashed potatoes and coffee gravy, they serve a turducken poutine pizza that's topped with Quebec cheese curds and caramelized gravy.
There's also brunch on the weekends and includes a St. Lawrence Benny with peameal bacon, poached eggs, hollandaise and home fries.
