Retro Room features decor meant to embody a Soviet apartment in the early '80s, from the wallpaper to the background music. The food is also authentic, from the cold cuts, to the borscht--made with beef bone--to the chicken kiev and veal liver. Don't leave without trying some of their tiramisu or creme brulee.
