Potato Bar in Mississauga specializes in loaded smoked potatoes.

Co-owners and brothers Bilol and Musa Vakil are transforming comfort food by offering next-level toppings with flavours from an international pantry, with more than half being vegetarian (and eight vegan options).

After they're cooked, the potatoes are split open, seasoned and mashed with butter and cheese before it's loaded with a pre-selected or custom selection of toppings. 

This is where you'll find everything from a Potato Dog with homemade sausage that's topped with carrot, beet and peas salad then drizzled in honey mustard and potato bar sauce to the Mexican Fiesta with pulled beef, sour cream, guacamole and salsa.
