Memories of Japan is one of the most well-established Japanese restaurant, located on Don Mills Road and not too far away from the Ontario Science Centre.They have a large assortment of sushi rolls and other Japanese favourites, along with the teppanyaki options, where you can watch the chef skilfully prepare your selected menu items with a little flair on the side. Definitely a family favourite for as long as I can remember, though the interior can look a bit dated.
