Kordog is a stall located at the World Food Market serving up the Korean rice dogs that are slowly taking over the city.
The hot dogs are rolled in sweet rice (which is unlike other Korean hot dogs and offers more of a chewy texture) and then fried. They can be served plain or stuffed with gooey mozzarella cheese. Then, the rice dogs are dusted in sugar and topped with ketchup, sweet chili sauce, spicy mayo, and sweet mayo.
