Jam House Seafood Restaurant is a Chinese spot just steps away from the Dixie GO station. Hidden in a bland plaza called the Dixie Decor Centre, its location next to a Service Ontario leaves something to be desired. 

Luckily, its menu makes up for its lacklustre appearance. Since rebranding from Happy Jade to Jam House, its interior has seen big improvements with decor that looks more modern and trendy.

Their dim sum hours include push carts and cheap dishes that come at affordable prices points. Dinner offerings include typical Chinese banquet-style plates like Peking duck.
