Great Khan Mongolian Grill
Great Khan Mongolian Grill is located in the Market Village plaza and is an excellent place to bring visitors to try something different. It is a buffet-style restaurant will you essentially assemble your own stir fry. You grab a bowl and pick your own raw meats, veggies and seasonings. You then hand your bowl over to one of the cooks and they sizzle up your food on a giant cooking station with a long cooking stick - it is a pretty cool performance to observe for about sixty seconds.
