Bushi Udon Kappo
BUSHI Udon Kappo brings traditional udon to the Yonge and St. Clair set. The super-chill vibe of the sparsely decorated restaurant makes for a pleasant dining experience while slurping up their signature piping hot pork udon ($9.50) which comes in a salty (not too salty), well-seasoned broth. The noodles are thick and not soggy, and other Japanese dishes like fried eggplant ($6.90) or a japanese style omelet which comes filled with scallions and shrimp ($7.90).
