The Arepa Republic
The Arepa Republic has a brick-and-mortar store in the Castlefield Design District serving the titular Venezuelan treat. Normally you'll find them on the road in a food truck.
For those unfamiliar with what an arepa is, it’s a grilled cornbread sandwich stuffed with various ingredients like chicken and avocado. The menu includes cheesy sticks known as tequenos, and empanadas as well.
