Alan’s Flipino Restaurant specializes in Ilocano cuisine, a northern region of the Philippines, known to mix Latin flavours with Asian spices to form dishes such as Dinakdakan (grilled pork in a creamy sauce), Papatan (chopped goat meat), and Dinuguan (a bloody pork stew).
The restaurant also offers Boodle Fights, a dining experience where the food is served on a banana leaf where you eat with your hands.
