The top 10 tallest buildings to join the Toronto skyline in 2025

Toronto's once red-hot real estate market has cooled to a frigid chill, but preconstruction condo sales from before the current bust continued to fuel the city's rampant skyline expansion in 2025.

The waning condo boom is set to produce new tallest buildings in the new year once sky-scraping projects like One Bloor West and the Pinnacle SkyTower wrap up construction, but there were still plenty of big additions joining the cityscape over the past 12 months.

The ten tallest buildings completed in the city in the past year alone would together rival the skylines of many mid-sized North American cities, and stand collectively as a testament to the ripple effect of the strong condo sales witnessed in years past as preconstruction projects come to fruition.

Without further ado, here are the ten tallest towers to join the Toronto skyline in 2025.

These ten represent just the tallest out of dozens of high-rise buildings to join the skyline in 2025, and just a taste of what's still to come. Watch out for next year's completions, which will include a pair of new tallest buildings for the city.
