This is what a $14 million mansion in Toronto looks like

For $14 million dollars you could live on a cruise ship for more than 50 years, you could buy several private jets, a couple yachts, numerous luxury cars or even a private island

Or you could get this house in the Bridle Path neighbourhood. 71 Arjay Crescent Toronto

A view of the backyard with the pool.

This five-bedroom, 10-bathroom luxury mansion at 71 Arjay Crescent is the builder's own home and is listed for $13,888,8888

The family room overlooking the backyard and a wet bar.

The home boats over 10,000-square-feet of living space and half an acre of land.

The foyer.

When you first walk in the home you're greeted by a 24-foot high foyer with a huge chandelier and skylight. It definitely sets the tone for the rest of the house.

71 Arjay Crescent Toronto

The kitchen, breakfast nook and family room.

The rooms are massive with luxury craftsmanship featured throughout.

71 Arjay Crescent Toronto

The formal living room off the foyer has a view of the curved stairs as well as access to the elevator.

The home does appear a bit cold with all the white marble but the heated floors mean that it likely isn't a freezing, cavernous mansion.

71 Arjay Crescent Toronto

The Hollywood kitchen.

And not to be outdone by any of the other Bridle Path luxury mansions this one comes complete with not one but four gourmet kitchens.

71 Arjay Crescent Toronto

The rec room in the basement with a walk-out and another wet-bar.

It also has two bars, a gym, a sauna, nanny quarters, a wine room and home theatre and much much more.

71 Arjay Crescent Toronto

The breakfast area with skylights overlooking the pool.

The main floor is mostly open concept. My favourite part is the breakfast dining area that's under an almost greenhouse-like roof.

71 Arjay Crescent Toronto

The primary bedroom has a fireplace, built-in shelving and two walk-in wardrobes.

The primary bedroom has a nine-piece ensuite and gorgeous views of the backyard.

71 Arjay Crescent Toronto

The pool water feature and cabana.

Speaking of which, outside you'll find lush landscaping, a resort-style outdoor pool with a water feature and a four-seasons cabana.

71 Arjay Crescent Toronto

The dining room with moulded ceilings and picture windows.

But as lovely as this house is, for $14 million I think I'd rather a private island... then again that might be my desperation for a vacation talking.
