15 things to do in Toronto this weekend

Things to do in Toronto this weekend include winter skating, a basketball game, festivals, and more.

Cold weather and winter skating go hand in hand, so if that's your thing, then check out The Bentway's Winter Skate or DJ Skate Nights at Harbourfront Centre — just don't forget to bundle up!

There are two festivals happening in the city this week: DesignTO 2026 with installations from Sankofa Square to Bata Shoe Museum and everywhere in between, plus the start of the KUUMBA Festival 2026, the largest celebration of Black Futures Month.

Those looking for entertainment in the form of concerts and shows can catch Swedish rock band Ghost in a highly anticipated, likely sold-out performance at Scotiabank Arena.

There's all this and many other things to do in Toronto this weekend. Be sure to check out our previous round-ups for any overlapping events you may be interested in. As always, our complete events calendar is also available for you to plan out the weekend.
