Toronto is getting a little bit country and a whole lot louder this August with a one-of-a-kind rooftop party bringing honky tonk energy to the downtown core.
Rodeo Rooftop, happening Saturday, August 16 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at The Porch, is shaping up to be a wild summer send-off where Nashville sing-alongs meet EDM drops — all with sweeping skyline views.
The day party will feature sets from local DJ favourites, all known for spinning to packed dance floors across the city. Expect a playlist that flips from country anthems to beat drops in a heartbeat; think of it as a YEEDM (yes, that’s a thing now) moment in the making.
Besides the music, the vibe is set to be full-on festival: there'll be a caricature artist, free ginger shots from DOSE, a raffle for Budweiser Stage country concert tickets, and giveaways like custom cowboy hats and overalls for early arrivals. Coldstream's Peach Iced Tea (a vodka-spiked cold brew tea) is the event's signature drink, with discounted sips available throughout the day.
Food will be available for purchase via The Porch's kitchen.
Whether you're into country boots or bass drops, or just want one last excuse to dance outside in the sun, this is your chance to celebrate the end of summer in true rooftop style.
Tickets start at $15, and you can get them through Guestlist or @moseamarketing's Instagram bio.
