Today in Toronto: TIFF, Manifesto Festival, Toronto Outdoor Art Exhibition, Francophone en Fete
Today in Toronto TIFF isn't the only festival in town. Manifesto is hosting its second event - an epic dance battle - at Steam Whistle Brewing. There's also TOAE, for those with a penchant for window shopping or looking to outfit their homes with new pieces. And, last but not least, Francophone en FĂŞte, a four-day showcase of Francophone musicians, which kicks off this evening.
