Today in Toronto the 12th annual Human Rights Watch Film Fest opens with The One That Got Away at TIFF. The festival runs until April 2. Want to see the latest spoiled bad boy Brit movie? Innis Town Hall is screening The Riot Club - for free.

Stephen Bulger's West Queen West gallery is turning 20, and the landscape in the neighbourhood's art scene has undergone at least a couple of fascinating waves of change in that time.
