Never Forgive Action @ Gypsy Co-op

Last Saturday, Toronto's finest monthly old school classic hip hop night, Never Forgive Action, returned to Gypsy Co-op.

This highly successful club night has managed to keep its attendance strong while rotating venues between Supermarket in Kensington, Stone's Place on Queen St. very far West and my personal favorite, Gypsy Co-op on Queen St. not so far West.

Never Forgive Action always brings the people out, and Saturday was no exception. By midnight the dance floor was packed with hip-hop enthusiasts getting down and funky. There was an unfortunate lack of bboys and bgirls, but we'll let that slide. More or Les, Dalia and Numeric pumped out the very best of the old skool, including a few rarities that required a peek at the vinyl.

If you love that funky sound, be sure to check out this event next month and be prepared to bust a move.
