Get Your AfroFest On

AfroFest continues today at Queen's Park.

This celebration of African food, culture and music - now in its 17th year - is perhaps one of Toronto's best kept secrets. The Queen's Park setting allows for an intimate feel while showcasing the best sights, tastes and sounds that the African diaspora has to offer.

And music lovers rejoice: tonight's closing acts will close things out lovely. To the uninitiated, Oliver Mtukudzi & Black Spirits and The Mighty Popo are the perfect musical experiences in becoming ardent followers of the genre.
