Cell Phone Film Competition

How creative can you be with 60 seconds and a video-capable cell phone?

Alternative news aggregator Reading Toronto recently announced their cell phone short film contest.

Calling for one-minute "made in Toronto" submissions, Reading Toronto plans for a screenings festival in January.
