Deciem is the shopfront of the Deciem beauty company, which has its headquarters just south on Richmond. The inscrutable sign bills it as an "abnormal beauty company." They're essentially a jack-of-all-trades with an international agenda, designing skincare, men's, women's, and hair products from a variety of innovative brands.
