But is it Art?
This isn't the first time someone has framed dog shit and it likely won't be the last. But I still got a kick out of seeing this yesterday just steps from my front door.
The back story is that some of my neighbours are feuding. One of them has a couple of dogs and likely this is just the start of an ongoing war between them. Aahh, I love living in an arts-oriented community. The best part is that the blue stuff on the ground preceded both the frame and the excrement.
