Dinosaur Comics Nominated for Blooker
One of my favourite Toronto blogs has been nominated for the first blog-turned-book award, the Blooker.
Ryan North's excellent Dinosaur Comics are available in book form.
He's up against Bearskin Rug, Scary Bear and Friends, the Dada Alphabet and Joe and Monkey in the comics category.
There's also a fiction and non-fiction category.
The overall winner gets 2000$, and the winners in each category get 1000$.
