Toronto Blue Jays trade causes confusion on Jeopardy

"In 2015, shortstop Troy Tulowitzki hopes to help this team fulfil its mile high hopes." That was one of the $600 answers on Jeopardy last night. After news about the blockbuster Tulowitzki trade broke yesterday, the correct questions should have been, "Who are the Toronto Blue Jays."

But, since Jeopardy films its shows in advance, contestant Jonathan Marcus was right when he buzzed in with, "Who are the Rockies?"

Thankfully, Toronto fans ended up having the last laugh as Tulowitzki helped the Jays secure an 8-2 win over the Philadelphia Phillies at the Rogers Centre Wednesday night.
