Photos of the 34th annual Toronto Marathon
The 34th annual Toronto Marathon took place this weekend, as thousands of runners wove their way across a rain-soaked city. Traditionally held in October after the Toronto Waterfront Marathon, the race was moved to spring on account of complaints that the virtually back-to-back events snarled traffic throughout the city. Brendan Kenny took the win of the full marathon, finishing in a time of 2:27:20, while Melissa Begin was the first female finisher in a time of 2:54.51. For full results, check here.
